Everything in the brain, counted.

Both indexes are complete
Every passage is embedded twice, so either index can answer any question and the two can be compared against each other.
Local: nomic-embed-text
Runs on the company's own machine through Ollama. The stand-in: questions are searched here only when Google's index cannot be reached.
Cloud: gemini-embedding-001
Google's hosted model, and the one questions are searched with: generally the stronger of the two at matching a loosely worded question to the right passage.
Every passage is tiered
Each one carries a sensitivity tier and the list of roles permitted to read it. The tier is what the access filter reads when it decides whether a passage may be retrieved for you at all.
| Tier | Passages |
|---|---|
| Restricted | 3,079 |
| Internal | 905 |
These are counts. The answers are in the assistant.
Figures, margins and per-property detail live behind the role filter. Open the AI Brain and ask for them there.
